Earlier this year, we fielded our annual client satisfaction survey to solicit feedback on our customer service performance, product offerings, communications strategies and industry collaboration. We value this feedback that allows us to better understand your point of view on our services, and thank you for participating. 

Overall, you gave us strong marks across most categories. In fact, client satisfaction hit a three-year high of 88 percent. When we asked you if AAM helps meet the needs of your business, 78 percent said yes. Here’s how:
