This reference guide outlines the various explanatory options available for magazines to reference in the Notes section of AAM reports.

Average Subscription Waiver for New Members The requirement to report an average subscription price has been temporarily waived due to the fact that the publication has not been an AAM member long enough to maintain the records required for calculating an average subscription price.
5% Subscription Circulation Less than 5% of this publication's circulation is individual subscriptions. Therefore, reporting of an average subscription price is not required.
Double Issues A double issue represents two copies of service. The Average Subscription Price Annualized is based on ____ issues, which includes ____ double issues.

Publisher's Expiration Policy It is the practice of the publisher to expire subscriptions on a month-end basis, but no offer of this is made.
Multi-Magazine Digital Programs Copies included in digital issues paid subscriptions based on consumer's payment for the program and consumer's request for a specific magazine. Details below are related to the six-month average. Program Name, Reported Multi-Title Digital Program, Unique Opens by Readers, Opens per Issue, Total Opens.
Congregation-Wide Subscriptions Copies that were served on yearly subscriptions that were paid for by parishes, mailed by the publisher to names and addresses furnished by the purchaser and, in some cases, delivered to recipient by the purchaser.
Digital Nonreplica Digital Nonreplica: This publication reports circulation units of Nonreplica Digital Editions of the publication where advertising and/or editorial content varies from the print product.  The nonreplica digital edition is available at www.________.
Award Point Programs Included in Paid Subscriptions Individual is the following average number of copies purchased through the redemption of award points/miles:
