Magazine’s issue-by-issue data will now be included in Brand View profiles.
Sandi Licking, Client Solutions Manager
Beginning with July 2019 issues, data previously reported in the Rapid Report tool in the Media Intelligence Center will now be incorporated in individual magazine’s Brand View profiles to make it easier to access a more holistic view of the magazine’s brand.
Users of AAM’s Media Intelligence Center can find updated Rapid Report data in a new tab in Brand View profiles starting in early September. There are no changes to the type of data reported in Rapid Report, which includes top-line circulation information for each issue updated within weeks of the on-sale or distribution date for magazines with circulation of more than 250,000. Magazines with lower circulation are encouraged—but not required—to participate in Rapid Report.

Magazines are encouraged to create an Overview tab in their Brand View profiles before the Rapid Report integration is launched to better showcase their brand in this new environment. Overview tabs include brand information such as cover art, links to media kits, videos and promotional text.
Here’s a look at a fully developed Overview tab for Good Housekeeping. Without an Overview, Rapid Report will be the first tab viewers see in a magazine’s profile.
If you are a publisher and would like help creating a complimentary Overview tab, please contact me at 224-366-6342. Both buyers and publishers are encouraged to attend our upcoming Inside Brand View webinar on Thursday, September 12 at 1:30 p.m. ET where I’ll take you on a tour of all the Brand View features, including the new Rapid Report tab.
