Some information to keep in mind as you file your June 2018 publisher’s statement data.

With the filing deadline of Tuesday, July 31, 2018, not so far away, I wanted to share a few tips to keep in mind as you file your June 2018 publisher’s statement data.
1. Revised Note Section (Explanatory): Several duplicative explanatories have been eliminated from the Notes section of the filing tool to streamline the section. Here's a listing of current disclosures.
2. Update Your Publication’s Contact Information: We recently created a page in the Publisher Filing Center where you can easily update your publication’s contact information. To access the page, select Contact Management from the right-hand menu of the filing tool.
3. MPA MM360° Now Included in AAM Brand View: AAM and MPA—the Association of Magazine Media recently partnered to integrate the MPA Magazine Media 360° Brand Audience Report into AAM Brand View. The report data will be featured on a new Brand View tab that will be released later this month called MPA MM360° for all AAM clients who also participate in the MPA MM360°. If you are interested in building or expanding your Brand View profile, contact me for assistance.
4. File Your Geographic Data Faster: Did you know you can upload an Excel file of your publication’s geographic analysis to the filing tool? Click on Geographic in the publisher’s statement filing menu and download the Excel template. Complete the file and upload it to the filing tool to populate the state/province distribution screen.
